Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore your new piece. If it isn't the right addition to your home, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. Our team is committed to keeping the process seamless.

To start, complete the Online Return Verification Form at the bottom of this page. Submit it after you have packaged your item and obtained a return shipping label from your carrier. A valid tracking number is required so our logistics team can monitor the incoming shipment and expedite your refund or exchange without delays.

  • Fulfillment errors or quality concerns. If an item arrives with a structural defect, or the wrong variant was dispatched, we cover 100% of the return cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Standard preference returns. For a change of mind, color preference, or sizing adjustment, return shipping is covered by the buyer.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must arrive back at our facility in pristine, unaltered condition, with zero signs of wear, use, stretching, cutting, or odor. Items that fail our quality inspection are returned to the sender, and a refund cannot be completed.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any time before fulfillment for a full, immediate refund. Once an order has been packed, labeled, and handed to our courier, it can no longer be cancelled in our system. In that case, please receive the parcel and process it under our standard 7-day return guidelines.

Bespoke & Custom Commissions

Custom commissions—including hand-matched patchwork rugs and dimensions built to your room layout—are crafted entirely on demand. We provide detailed, high-resolution proofs of your finished piece and dispatch only after your explicit confirmation.

Because these pieces are built to individual criteria, custom orders are final and aren't eligible for standard returns or preference exchanges. If a verified structural issue or defect exists, we will gladly manage the return logistics and arrange a priority solution.

Transit Safeguards & Delivery Insurance

We take responsibility for your shipment until it is safely delivered to your door. In the unusual event a package is declared lost by the courier, or fails to arrive at the address verified at checkout, our transit safeguards step in immediately with a priority replacement or full resolution.
